Fairfaber was founded by Rino Giovanni Marchetto. Rino is a Senior Human Resources Director with a strong background in people management and organization transformation programs. He owns +25y experience encompassing the full scope of HR operations in Automotive, Packaging, Iron&Steel, Oil&Gas, Logistics, Manufacturing. He covered HR Leadership assignments on global, divisional and operational roles.
Rino provides management service on interim and temporary senior HR positions. He executes organization transformation programs focused on the improvement of management processes, operations performances, development of company’s distinctive competences.
Rino owns a solid trackrecord in union negotiations and a strong expertise on labor relation topics. He acts as the HR lead for post-merger integration, rightsizing and restructuring projects. Particular expertise in the roll out of cross country organization projects.
